一昨日のごはん。
ステーキ、バルサミコソース。
→普通のバルサミコがなかったので、白バルサミコを使用、すげー贅沢。
空心菜炒め
トマトと卵の炒めたの
宜蘭の葱と豚肉炒め
味噌汁
黒米入りごはん
ともかく、肉と炒め物…
何か我が家の換気扇、急に油ぎとぎと、ちょいちょい掃除をしなくちゃ
いけなくなりました。
宜蘭で買った野菜、どれも新鮮でおいしい。料理するのも楽しいなあ。
昨日ごはん。
焼きそば
アボガドとトマトのサルサ
味噌汁
アボガドは中国語の老師が台南の実家に帰った際に
お父さんが庭からもいできたのをおすそ分けしてくれたもの。
やわらかくて臭みがなくてすごくおいしい！
とろとろ！
台湾人はアボガドを食べる習慣があまりなくて、
彼氏なんて黒く熟していくまるまる豊かなアボガドを眺めて
「これ、果物？」
なんて問うていたほど。
しかしやっぱり出してみたらなんか食べつけないらしくて
あまり箸が進んでなかったので、こりゃどうやって処理したものかと。
アイスか、ジュースかなあ。。。
電話会議中。。。（中国語パート・・・）
でも聞き流してても追いつけるようになってきた～＾＾
引越し、考えているのですが、山の上のおうちを紹介してもらいました。
周りは緑がいっぱい。家から少し歩くと桃園全体が見渡せる丘につきます。
外観、あまりに古くて笑っちゃうけど、内装は新しくしたばかりというので、
見てみたいと思ってます。広さは今の倍、家賃は半分。
古くさい鉄格子とか、めちゃくちゃかわいい！
それに何より、名前！
「幸福一街」っていうのね、通りの名前というか、住所。
かわいい…。
さて、帰宅しました。
今日は午後まで来客の打ち合わせ、夕方は電話会議、と
結構がっつりの交渉ごとを三言語を駆使してこなしたのでかなり疲れた！
夕ごはんは彼と彼の友人と火鍋、、、半分くらいしか会話についてけなかったけど
なんかそれでも楽しかった。日々進歩中。
そして私早口で中国語喋るとつい声調を間違うので、聞き取りづらいみたい。
ゆっくり喋ったほうがよさそう。

Mrs. Agathe’s dishwasher quit working so she called a repairman. Since she had to go to work the next day, she told him, “I’ll leave the key under the mat. Fix the dishwasher, leave the bill on the counter, and I’ll mail you the check. Oh, and by the way…don’t worry about my Doberman. He won’t bother you. But, whatever you do, do NOT under ANY circumstances talk to my parrot!” When the repairman arrived at Mrs. Agathe’s apartment the next day, he discovered the biggest and meanest looking Doberman he had ever seen. But just as she had said, the dog simply laid there on the carpet, watching the repairman go about his business. However, the whole time the parrot drove him nuts with his incessant cursing, yelling and name-calling. Finally the repairman couldn’t contain himself any longer and yelled, “Shut up, you stupid ugly bird!” To which the parrot replied, “Get him, Spike!”
