自宅にて寝起きしているだけだというのに、うなされた上に汗みずくで目覚める。
先の西への強行軍に起因する弊害だろうか。
それでも社会に生きる人だものと老体に鞭打ち外出。
帰宅後、物凄い倦怠感が全身を襲い、抗えずに気絶。
少しの覚醒の後、再び気絶。
薄暗い灯りの中で時計を見ると２３時である。
何だ未だ日付変わってないじゃんと思い、身体を起こしつつある途中でうかうかと睡ろんで気絶。
そのまま朝まで昏睡する。
与えられた筈の余暇を支配権なく消費しながら生きているのだ。
